Directions
- Add the Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Sweet Orange, Palmarosa, and Ylang Ylang Complete essential oils to a clean 1 oz bottle.
- Add jojoba oil, leaving a small amount of headspace at the top of the bottle.
- Secure the cap and gently roll or invert the bottle several times to combine.
- Label the bottle with the recipe name and date prepared.
- Allow the aroma to rest for several hours or overnight before evaluating the finished blend.
How to Use
In the evening, dispense a small amount of oil into your palm and massage gently over the knee or desired joint area using slow, comfortable circular motions.
