Inhaler Blend Formula

Total: 15 drops

  • Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) — 6 drops
  • Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) — 4 drops
  • Sweet Marjoram (Origanum majorana) — 3 drops
  • Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) — 2 drops

Why This Blend Works

Lavender supports relaxation and emotional regulation.

Frankincense grounds the breath and encourages presence.

Sweet Marjoram helps release tension and quiet mental fatigue.

Bergamot offers a gentle uplift without overstimulation.

Together, these oils create a balanced restoration profile—supporting calm, clarity, and a steady return to center.
