Directions
- Place the clean inhaler wick into a small glass or clear vessel.
- Add 8 drops Copaiba Balsam, 7 drops Black Pepper, and 3 drops Neroli directly onto the wick.
- Use clean tweezers to gently turn the wick so the essential oils are absorbed evenly.
- Allow the wick to sit briefly so the oils can distribute throughout the absorbent material.
- Using the tweezers, place the scented wick into the inhaler tube.
- Secure the inner plug or end cap according to the inhaler design, then replace the outer cover.
- Label the inhaler with the recipe name and date prepared.
How to Use
Remove the outer cover and hold the inhaler a short distance below one nostril. Inhale gently, then repeat near the other nostril if desired.
Use only as much as needed to enjoy the aroma. Replace the cover tightly after each use to help preserve the blend.
Personal inhalers are especially convenient for individual aromatic rituals because the essential oils remain contained within the inhaler rather than being dispersed throughout a room.
Why These Essential Oils?
Aroma Profile
Warm · spicy · resinous · lightly floral · bright
Blend Ratio
This inhaler uses the following aromatic ratio:
- 8 parts Copaiba Balsam
- 7 parts Black Pepper
- 3 parts Neroli
If you want to recreate the aroma in a larger stock blend, keep this 8:7:3 ratio consistent.
Storage
Keep the inhaler tightly covered when not in use and store it away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
Over time, the aroma will gradually become lighter. When the scent is no longer strong enough for your preference, replace the wick with a freshly prepared one.
Safety & Use Notes
- For personal aromatic use only.
- Do not insert the inhaler into the nostril.
- Do not allow the essential-oil-saturated wick to contact the skin.
- Do not ingest essential oils.
- Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
- Use gently and discontinue if the aroma causes discomfort, headache, nausea, or respiratory irritation.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not share personal inhalers between users.
- If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or under professional medical care, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare or aromatherapy professional before using essential oils.
