How to Prepare Your Soak

Begin with comfortably warm water and select the amount of minerals according to your soaking ritual. For a full-body bath, use ⅓–½ cup. For a focused foot soak, use 2–4 tablespoons.

For a Full-Body Bath

Begin filling the tub with comfortably warm water
Add ⅓–½ cup of mineral crystals
Swirl the water to encourage complete dissolution
Enter only after confirming a comfortable temperature
Soak for approximately 15–20 minutes
Rinse the tub after use to remove mineral residue

For a Foot Soak

Fill a clean basin with comfortably warm water
Add 2–4 tablespoons of mineral crystals
Stir until the crystals have dissolved
Soak for approximately 15–20 minutes or according to personal comfort
Dry the feet thoroughly after use
