For this giveaway, "immediate family" means a spouse, parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, parents-in-law, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law, regardless of where they live. Children-in-law, nieces, and nephews are eligible if they meet all other requirements. Void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time and closes Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries must be submitted during this period on a designated October Monthly Ritual Giveaway post published by Pure Intox on Instagram or Facebook. Entries outside this period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the giveaway period, leave a comment on the designated October 20 Monthly Ritual Giveaway post featuring GLOW Whipped Botanical Body Butter on @pureintox on Instagram or the official Pure Intox Facebook Page, answering "What's one small way you make time for self-care?" Following Pure Intox, liking the post, tagging others, and sharing are not required and do not earn additional entries or increase the chance of winning.

Limit one qualifying entry per person per platform, for a maximum of two entries per person across Instagram and Facebook combined. Use only one account per platform. Multiple comments or additional accounts do not earn additional entries. Comments on other posts, Stories, reposts, or messages do not count as entries. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase the chance of winning.

5. Entry Verification

Pure Intox may verify the entrant's identity, age, U.S. residency, and compliance with the entry limits before awarding the prize. Pure Intox may disqualify duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise noncompliant entries. An entrant may have one qualifying entry on each platform; entering on both platforms within this limit is permitted. Following Pure Intox is not an eligibility requirement. The entrant must be able to receive and respond to an Instagram direct message or Facebook Messenger message through the account used for the selected entry.

6. Prize and Redemption

One winner will receive one Pure Intox GLOW Whipped Botanical Body Butter, 4 oz. The approximate retail value is $28. Complimentary standard shipping to one eligible U.S. address is included.

After eligibility is confirmed, Pure Intox will privately provide the code or codes needed to order the winning product through pureintox.com at no cost, including standard shipping. The winner enters their name and shipping address securely at checkout. Codes are for the winning product and included standard shipping only; additional purchases are not required.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred or substituted by the winner. If the advertised item becomes unavailable, Pure Intox may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

After the giveaway closes, all eligible Instagram and Facebook entries will be combined into one pool. One potential winner will be selected at random from that combined pool for the single advertised prize. Each qualifying entry has an equal chance of selection. A person with one qualifying entry on each platform will have two entries in the drawing. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received across both platforms.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted on or around Monday, November 2, 2026, through the platform where the selected entry was submitted: by direct message from the official @pureintox Instagram account or by Messenger from the official Pure Intox Facebook Page. Entrants should check message requests. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification being sent and provide the information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and accept the prize. If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be contacted through the account used for the selected entry, is ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, an alternate may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Public Announcement

After eligibility is confirmed, Pure Intox will ask permission to announce and tag the winner's Instagram username or Facebook profile name, as applicable. With permission, the announcement may be made on Instagram and Facebook on or around Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Permission is optional and does not affect the prize.

10. Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, each participant completely releases Instagram and Facebook from responsibility and liability arising from or related to this promotion, to the extent permitted by law. Pure Intox, rather than Instagram or Facebook, collects and administers giveaway entries and any information provided to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize.

11. General Conditions

Pure Intox may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or circumstances outside its reasonable control affect its fair administration. By participating, entrants agree to these rules and to Pure Intox's decisions concerning eligibility and winner selection.
