How to Assemble Your Aromatherapy Inhaler
Work with clean hands and tools. Apply your chosen essential-oil blend to the absorbent wick away from skin and finished surfaces. Use the tweezer to place the prepared wick inside the inhaler body, secure the components, label the blend and date, and keep the cap closed between uses.
Allow excess oil to absorb before assembly. The wick should be aromatic but not dripping or excessively saturated.
How to Use Your Personal Inhaler
Personal inhalers are intended for brief aromatic use. Hold the inhaler near the nose rather than inserting it into the nostril.

Remove the Outer Cap
Open the inhaler when ready to use it to help preserve the aroma between uses.

Hold Beneath the Nose
Position the inhaler a short distance below one nostril without allowing it to touch the nose.
03 · Inhale
Breathe Gently

Replace the Cap
