  • Ultrasonic essential oil diffuser
  • Fresh water according to your diffuser manufacturer's instructions
  • Lemon Essential Oil
  • Peppermint Essential Oil
  • Rosemary Essential Oil

Directions

  1. Fill your ultrasonic diffuser with the amount of water recommended by the diffuser manufacturer.
  2. Add 3 drops Lemon Essential Oil.
  3. Add 2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil.
  4. Add 1 drop Rosemary Essential Oil.
  5. Replace the diffuser cover and operate the diffuser according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  6. Begin with a short diffusion period and adjust according to the size of the room, diffuser capacity, ventilation, and your personal aromatic preference.

How to Use

Diffuse during your morning routine while opening the blinds, preparing coffee or tea, journaling, planning your day, or getting your workspace ready.

The blend can also be used when you want to refresh the aromatic atmosphere of a home office or creative space without creating an overly complex scent profile.

Why These Essential Oils?

Lemon Bright and citrusy, Lemon creates the fresh opening of the blend and keeps the overall aroma light and lively.
Peppermint Cool and distinctly minty, Peppermint gives the blend its crisp aromatic lift. Because its aroma is powerful, only two drops are needed.
Rosemary Fresh and herbaceous, Rosemary provides a green aromatic counterpoint to the citrus and mint while adding depth to the finished blend.

Aroma Profile

Bright · citrusy · cool · minty · herbaceous · fresh

Lemon appears first with a clean citrus brightness. Peppermint follows with a cool, vivid mint character, while Rosemary gives the dry-down a greener, more herbaceous finish.

Make It a Morning Ritual

Aroma can become part of the rhythm of a routine. Try preparing your diffuser at the beginning of your morning while you open the blinds, make your first beverage, review your schedule, or prepare your workspace.

Using the same aromatic blend as part of a consistent routine can create a familiar sensory cue that marks the transition into the day.

Prefer a Softer Peppermint Note?

Peppermint can easily dominate a diffuser blend. If the original formula feels too mint-forward, try:

  • 3 drops Lemon
  • 1 drop Peppermint
  • 1 drop Rosemary

This variation allows the Lemon and Rosemary to become more noticeable while retaining a subtle minty freshness.

Safety & Diffusion Notes

  • For aromatic diffusion only. Do not ingest.
  • Use your diffuser according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Diffuse in a well-ventilated space.
  • Start with shorter diffusion periods rather than continuous all-day diffusion.
  • More essential oil is not necessarily better. Adjust the number of drops for your diffuser capacity and room size.
  • Avoid placing a diffuser directly beside your face or immediately next to a bed, desk chair, or other location where concentrated mist may be continuously inhaled.
  • Use additional care when diffusing around children, pets, pregnant individuals, or anyone with respiratory sensitivities. Ensure they can leave the room if desired.
  • Keep essential oils and filled diffusers out of reach of children and pets.
  • Discontinue diffusion if the aroma causes discomfort, headache, nausea, coughing, eye irritation, or respiratory irritation.
